My last summer!!

Hi I'm Laia and I'm going to tell you about my last summer.

My summer has been in three villages: Banyoles, l'Escala and l'Estartit. Earlier this summer I was in Banyoles. After that I went to l'Escala. And finally I went to l'Estartit.

Banyoles:

In Banyoles I was with my friends. We went going to the beach, the pool, the lake... And we hard parties in park “la Draga”. Perfect nights.

L'Escala:

After that I went to l'Escala with my father, sister, brother and others. There were the best days summer. Beacause I met people who are very special to me. I hope I you can find them next year. I love it the french. They are perfect.

L'Estartit:

And finally, I went to l'Estartit with Helena and Mireia's apartment. Everyday we went to the beach and the pool. And party. But the summer in 2012, was much better. Because I was with my best friend every day, and I met somebody incredible.

Writing unit 5 : Joaquín Cortés

Joaquín Cortés is a dancer. He was born in Córdoba 1969. He grew up in Madrid 1981 and New York 1999. He started to  dance when he was twelve years old, and when he was fifteen he studyed  at “ Spanish National Ballet “ . His most famous shows are “ Pasión Gitana “, “ Soul “ and “ Live “. His characteristics are explosive, original and athletic.

Unit 4: A brave rescue

The rescue happened while we were on holidays in the Pyrenees last year. It was amazing

 to get a photo of it.

I was with my friends walking in the snow. We were playing throwing snowballs. When we saw a man 

on the floor we and went to help him. The man had a broken arm and hypothermia. My friend John 

call at the rescuers to come to the Pyrenees. They came in 30 minutes. When the rescuers arrived 

the man  was very bad. My friends and I we returned to the hotel.

The next day on TV we saw the man who we've helped who died in the hospital. In the end 

he had died of hypothermia.

Unit 6: HEALTHY EATING SURVEY

We did a survey about healthy eating in my school. We asded all the students how many chocollate bars and pieces of fruit they eat each week. We recorded that data in fifferents charts. These are the results

GLOBAL WARMING. PANIC OR REALITY?

UNIT 7

Dear Sir o Madam

I am the captain of a basketball club in Barcelona. The name of the club is The Barcelonins. I am writing to you because we are planning a tournament and we are looking for sponsors.
